IPG Mentorship and Integration Project – Mentee Application

Thanks for your interest in joining the IPG Mentorship and Integration project. Through this project, CPhA supports International Pharmacy Graduates (IPGs) with information, networking, mentorship and work placement opportunities as they work towards becoming licensed in Canada.

This application is for IPG mentees. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. If you are an interested mentor, please complete the mentor application.
