Protocol submission deadline: Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET

Presentation details: Protocol updates should be 15 minutes, with 10 minutes for the update and 5 minutes for dialogue and questions. Protocols seeking NCER Endorsement will include 20 minutes for the presentation and 20 minutes for dialogue and suggestions.

To submit a protocol you must be a CAEP member and a NCER member, and already be registered for the meeting.
