Day Opportunities Survey for the Social Care Workforce
Shropshire Council is working to gather feedback relating to Day Opportunities in order to inform future commissioning and learn more about the needs of adults with learning disabilities who use services, their carers and the professionals working to deliver, assess and arrange support. The survey focuses on those services delivered externally by other providers and does not include Shropshire Council delivered services.

This short survey is designed to gather your views on the quality, value, and impact of day opportunities services for adults with learning disabilities in Shropshire. Your insights will help identify what works well, what could be improved, and where there may be gaps or opportunities.
