Families and Veterans who received an approval letter from the Chinese American WWII Veterans Recognition Project may complete this form to have a profile featured on the CAWW2.org website. We will only accept profiles of Veterans who have been approved for the Congressional Gold Medal.

Profiles should be 200-300 words. Content of the profile is up to the submitter and can include events after World War 2. Examples can be found here

If you submit more than one photo, we will do our best to fit all the photos into a single photo collage.

* 9. The information and documents submitted to the Chinese American World War II Recognition Project will be used to memorialize and honor the Chinese American Veterans of World War 2. Pictures and non-personal information may be used for newsletters and other publications. The information will also be used to update and inform interested parties on Congressional Gold Medal events and gatherings. The Chinese American World War II Recognition Project is a project of C.A.C.A. Community Involvement Fund, a 501C3 organization.
