Background Information

This survey is organised by the independent AFL Fans Association. All responses will remain confidential.

Some questions are mandatory and some are optional. If you wish to go into the draw to win $500 please include your contact details at the end of the survey. Note: questions marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory and the others are optional.

This first section seeks some information about you, which allows us to consider how fan issues differ between clubs, age groups and other demographics. This survey is an important way to identify the issues that matter most to fans both in how we experience the AFL and how we view AFL through media.

SUPERFAN - Watch/attend almost every match not just my team and across AFL wide news

LOYAL CLUB FAN - Watch/attend all/most of my team's games and very invested in team's result

FOOTY ENTHUSIAST - Watch some games in most rounds, not overly concerned by results

COUCH FAN - Enjoy watching primarily on TV and rarely attends a game
