By sharing your personal story, you have the opportunity throughout the year to be selected to win $500 and other exciting prizes, including walking pads, massage guns, and reverse osmosis water filters, to name a few. Your journey—whether it’s overcoming challenges, reaching milestones, or simply staying committed—can inspire and motivate others on a similar path.

Participation matters. Engaging in our programming weighs heavily in the decision to be awarded the monthly $500 prize and/or the grand prize. In addition, if you are being considered for a grand prize and want to be a contender at the end of the year, we will reach out for further information about your journey, including biometrics such as blood pressure, fasting glucose, and more, so be sure to get your annual exam and keep your blood work handy.

Recognition and rewards play a key role in staying motivated, which is why we’ll be celebrating participants’ successes throughout the year. By sharing your story, you'll also have the chance to compete for the grand prizes awarded at the end of the year:
