Hypertension Canada's 2025 Primary Care Guidelines - Public Review Survey

In our new guidelines framework, we are developing a simplified primary care guideline (which will cover most situations in primary care) and a comprehensive guideline with specialty topics (which will be released later in 2025). Our Primary Care Guidelines Subcommittee has worked to develop the hypertension diagnosis and treatment algorithms below. These are evidence-based and inspired by the HEARTS framework. They should not replace clinical judgment and individualization of care. We encourage Canadian healthcare providers to review them and submit their feedback in the form below. This form will be open for comments until October 25th, 2024.
