Jacksonville State University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center are conducting a short survey about how Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing people receive and understand weather warnings and safety information. This research is funded by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

Your answers will help researchers and weather experts understand problems and find ways to improve. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, and your answers will be kept private and safe.
