Covid-19 Heroes

The Coronavirus pandemic has taken its toll in many ways: on human life and health, jobs and the economy, people’s families and mental health, and much more.

The Covid-19 heroes category seeks to recognize those who engaged in extraordinary efforts on behalf of others in the battle against the major health crisis of our time. Below, please submit details of the efforts of a special person who has worked tirelessly for the benefit of others – and for all of us. We want to recognize all levels of the organization including clinicians, administrative/leadership, and other support staff.

Please note: there will be no "winner" for this category, as all acts of heroism are important and can not be compared. All nominees will be recognized on the DFWHC Foundation Website. You may nominate as many employees as your hospital would like, or multiples for each category.
