NSBE Activity Report Survey

This report is to aid in the recording of chapter activities. The records obtained from this report will be used to chart progress on specific Game Change 2025 metrics, garner support for chapter programs within NSBE, improve chapter development, and will be used to calculate points towards National Awards including Chapter of the Year!

This is all about highlighting the work of your chapter, so please be sure to report as often as possible. It is a best practice to complete the report no later than a week after the event has occurred.

The deadline to complete each report is the 5th day of the month following when the activity occurred (i.e., September activities submitted by October 5, etc.).*

*For August activities, submit those activity reports by September 15th.
