Mentee: A mentee is someone who believes in personal growth, takes thoughtful risks, and looks for advice and feedback from a more experienced professional. Mentees actively seek advice and guidance from a mentor and are proactive in the mentoring relationship to ensure success in the partnership.

This application will take approximately 25–35 minutes to complete. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend setting aside time to complete the application in one sitting, as responses cannot be saved for later. Having your resume and reference letters ready in advance is encouraged.
