Run by Culture Vannin. Teachers: Ruth Keggin Gell (Level 1), Paul Rogers (L2), Jamys O'Meara (L3)

The courses will run between Monday 21st - Friday 25th July 2025, and coincide with the wonderful festival Yn Chruinnaght Celtic Gathering!

Please read the course descriptors carefully to ensure that you have chosen the right course for you. The only course for absolute beginners is Level 1a, which takes place in the mornings. Other courses need some prior knowledge of Manx (please check details).

Please only sign-up to a course if you know that you can attend for the full week. Please also note that this course is taking place in the Manx school summer holidays.

You can read a brief description of each course by clicking on the course title below.

Courses will take place in Peel (Levels 1a, 1b, 2a + 2b) and St. John's (level 3a) in the Isle of Man.

Each course will cost £125 per person to attend: this includes all tuition, learning materials, and refreshments at breaktimes (teas, coffees, biscuits). Once you have completed this form, you will be contacted to arrange payment. Once payment is received, we will contact you to confirm your place. A limited number of bursaries are available for students and those with low income. If you would like to enquire about this, please contact manxlanguage@culturevannin.im
