Professional Body representatives of the Charter Stakeholder Group have prepared this survey in order to obtain feedback on HMRC's performance against its Charter.
This survey covers HMRC's performance over the financial year 2025-26, so 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. Please provide your feedback in respect of this period only.
The survey comprises 13 questions. Most of these are multiple choice, but a few offer the opportunity to make freeform comments (please keep these as succinct as possible).
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
