Whether you are personally dealing with this disease or if you are a patient representative, we would like to learn from your experience. By participating, you will help us learn more about Cushing’s Disease and its impacts on people’s lives.

Please note that all your responses will remain anonymous. The survey takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, and you are free to leave the survey at any time. Participation in this survey is voluntary and monetary compensation will not be provided.

We can only accept answers from people living in the following countries Austria, Australia, Chile, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, and United States of America.
