Cullman is a special place—and we want to make sure it stays that way. As our community looks ahead, it’s important that we preserve what makes Cullman feel like home while thoughtfully planning for the needs of future generations.
Over the past 6 months, the City Council has been developing a Strategic Plan to help guide Cullman’s priorities over the next five years. This plan will focus on the things that matter most—like quality of life, public safety, infrastructure, education, and economic opportunity.
We’re asking for your input to help us reflect the values, hopes, and priorities of our community. The plan is expected to be adopted by the City Council in late 2025 and will help shape future projects, policies, and investments.
