Concrete's current Comprehensive Plan was developed and adopted in 2016 in accordance with the State's Growth Management Act (GMA) and contains the required plan elements including economics, land use, housing, transportation, capital facilities, and utilities as well as sections on the local environment.

Concrete is required to update the Comprehensive Plan and Development Regulations to reflect recent trends and comply with current GMA provisions every 6-8 years. In addition, the Legislature recently added new requirements dealing with middle housing and climate.

The update process will include an extensive public outreach process including information in surveys, reports, workshops, open houses, and subsequent Planning Commission and City Council hearings.

We need your opinions concerning existing conditions, possible plan contents, and other particulars concerning Concrete in order to initiate comprehensive, middle housing, and climate planning work. Please review and provide your response to the questions in the following survey. Note - if you do not know the answer or do not want to respond, it is ok to leave the response blank.

Thank you - we appreciate your participation. Please enter your name and email at the end of the survey if you would like to be kept informed on the planning process and be included in a lottery drawing for a $250 gift card from the completed survey responses.
