MAP Community Legal Needs Survey

WELCOME!

The Michigan Advocacy Program (MAP) is a nonprofit which provides free legal aid to people in Michigan. MAP has two legal aid programs: Legal Services of South Central Michigan (LSSCM) and Farmworker Legal Services (FLS). MAP is conducting a community needs assessment to make sure we provide the right kinds of legal help to people in need.

This survey asks about the kinds of legal problems people are facing and about how people try to find legal help. Your answers will help improve services and ensure people know where to go when they need help. We want to hear from you whether you’ve had a recent legal problem or not.

Your responses are confidential. You may take this survey anonymously. If you choose, you may share contact information at the end for a raffle to win one of six $50 gift cards.

Thank you for responding! Your voice matters to us!
