2022 Public Health Survey for Stakeholder Organisations & Agencies
The Shire of Collie is preparing a Public Health Plan as part of its obligations under the Public Health Act 2016. In doing this, the Shire is seeking input from Stakeholder Organisations into how public health can be maintained and improved within the Shire of Collie.
The Shire invites you to participate in this survey on behalf of your Organisation, which will take roughly 10 minutes to complete.
Completing the survey will help us better understand the needs of your Clients or Members, and give us the evidence we need to advocate for better health outcomes for residents of the Shire of Collie both now and into the future.
The nine State Health Department Priorities are: 1. A More Active WA 2. Health Protection for the Community 3. Healthy Eating 4. Improving Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing 5. Making Smoking History 6. Optimise Mental Health and Wellbeing 7. Preventing Injuries and Promoting Safer Communities 8. Reducing Harmful Alcohol Use 9. Reduce the use of Illicit Drugs and Misuse of Pharmaceuticals
You can complete the survey online, or request a printed copy from the Shire Office. The closing date is Monday 1st August. Please return any printed responses to the Shire Office by that date.
