Welcome to the AIBC Online Feedback Form.

We will be using this online form to gather input from members, honorary members and associates regarding the Code of Ethics and Administrative Bylaws initiative. The proposed bylaw amendments and supporting rationales can be found on the AIBC website.

Once you sign in with your name (first and last), email, and AIBC category, there is a section for your comments. Please record your input in the space provided.

The online form will be open from May 9, 2019 until June 27, 2019.  

One set of comments per person will be documented; anonymous comments will not be included in the analysis. While individual comments will be confidential, a summary of all the feedback will be shared with council for their review and consideration.
