Climate Survey 2025-2026

We want you to have a positive experience at UHS.  This survey has 20+ questions that are designed to tell us about your perceptions of the school regarding the school climate/environment, and culture. Answer these questions to the best of your ability. Your answers matter, so please thoughtfully consider each question before you answer it.
For each of the following questions, answer with the rating scale of Strongly Agree, Agree, Neither Agree nor Disagree, Disagree, or Strongly Disagree. Each item should receive only one rating/mark.
1.UHS has a unique and positive school environment that I like.
2.Students at UHS regularly clean up after themselves, putting their trash and recyclables in the right places.
3.I appreciate that the UHS campus, including classrooms and furniture, are in good condition.
