Welcome to the Consultation Survey for land off Cley Road, Holt, Norfolk.
Phoenix Strategic Land, part of Phoenix Sustainable Investments, is inviting residents of Holt to take part in our consultation on a proposed development on land off Cley Road.
We are proposing up to 49 new homes (ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms), together with an extension to the cemetery, which has been identified as needed, to increase capacity and to provide additional visitor parking.
