China 2026 | Child Care Registration

We are pleased to offer complimentary onsite child care for children up to 12 years old.
RSVP by 11:59 PM China time on 3 August.

Please note, we can only provide child care to those who RSVP by the deadline. Due to staffing and licensing restrictions, we are unable to accommodate late or onsite sign-ups.

Child Care Hours
Sunday, 6 September: 9:00 - 18:30
Monday, 7 September: 9:00 - 17:30
Tuesday, 8 September: 9:00 - 19:00
Wednesday, 9 September: 9:00 - 17:00


*Hours subject to change once the schedule is published. Please note that child care professionals will speak English. Children are free to check-out during lunch hours and eat with their parents or pack a lunch to enjoy in the room. We ask that all snacks and meals brought into the child care room are peanut-free. If you need any additional details, please email us at events@lfopensource.com.

Parent information should match their registration for AGNTCon, KubeCon + CloudNativeCon + OpenInfra Summit + PyTorch Conference 2026. Parents should register for the aforementioned event prior to signing up for child care.

Acknowledgment of Child Care Provider and Release of Claims

This form is to be completed by all parents or legal guardians leaving children at the child care at AGNTCon, KubeCon + CloudNativeCon + OpenInfra Summit + PyTorch Conference China 2026

By completing your registration, you acknowledge:


1. That the child care at the Event is provided by an outside provider who is an independent business that is not affiliated with LF Open Source;
2. that the child care at the Event is not operated by LF Open Source, and LF Open Source does not manage or control the child care provider;
3. that the child care provider is solely responsible for the care of your child(ren), not LF Open Source.
4. Release. On behalf of yourself, and the children whose names are printed below, you hereby release LF Open Source from any and all claims resulting from, or related to, the childcare at the Event, including but not limited to claims of inadequate selection, vetting, management or supervision of the child care provider.


ACCEPTANCE OF RISK; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY; WAIVER OF CLAIMS


BY REGISTERING TO ATTEND THE EVENT, AND/OR BY ATTENDING THE EVENT, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LF OPEN SOURCE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, THAT OCCUR AS A RESULT OF YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THOSE RESULTING FROM LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH. IF THE FOREGOING LIMITATION IS NOT ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF LF OPEN SOURCE WILL IN NO CASE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR ADMITTANCE TO THE EVENT. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY ARE AN ESSENTIAL BASIS OF LF OPEN SOURCE'S DECISION TO OFFER THE EVENT, AND SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UPON WHICH DAMAGES MAY BE CLAIMED; REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A PARTY KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY CAUSE ANY REMEDY TO FAIL IN ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
