The Municipality of Central Elgin is preparing a Community Services Master Plan to help guide the future of our parks, trails, and recreational spaces and services. The Master Plan will provide a comprehensive strategy to address both current and future community needs over the next five years.

Instructions
- The survey will be active until March 15, 2026.
- The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete; it must be completed in one sitting.
- Should you have any questions about the Master Plan or the survey, please e-mail smairs@centralelgin.org.
By submitting a response to this survey, you agree to the following terms:
- One submission per household is permitted. You are encouraged to include all members of your household while answering the questions.
- Your answers are anonymous and none of your responses will be linked to you as an individual.
- The information gathered through this survey will only be used to inform the Municipality of Central Elgin’s Community Services Master Plan.
Hard copy surveys are also available at the Municipal Office (450 Sunset Drive), Port Stanley Arena & Community Centre (332 Carlow Road) and Belmont Community Centre (14020 Belmont Road) prior to the deadline.
