This survey has been commissioned by Carlow County Development Partnership (CCDP) to better understand the lived experiences of disabled people, family members and carers, who live in Carlow town or county. The findings emerging from this survey will be used by CCDP to help shape services and supports in the area. The survey is being undertaken by the independent Research Company KW Research and Associates.
