Sealark's Callala Bay development will create new homes, shops, business space, parks and reserves in a sustainable property development project which will provide a vital economic injection to beautiful Callala Bay. The project includes

  • More than 300 new homes including a minimum of 10% of the residences for “affordable housing”
  • Linear park providing improved pedestrian access to the village and bay

  • Open space for community facilities
