Order now for Christmas 2026

Every year we order and install over 100 Christmas trees above businesses across the town. To help us order the trees more efficiently and keep your contribution as low as possible, we’re introducing a new Early Bird offer this year.

2026 Pricing

1. Early Bird Price : Order and pay by Friday 9th October and your fully managed Christmas tree will cost just £50 inc. VAT.

2. Standard Price : After the Early Bird deadline, the price will increase to £65 inc. VAT per tree, with final orders closing on Saturday 31st October.

Everything taken care of for you
You may be able to source a tree and lights yourself for less, but this is a fully managed service, saving you the time and hassle of sourcing, installing, maintaining, sustainable disposal and light storage, during one of the busiest times of year. Also this approach ensures we have a consistent festive look across the whole town.

Your contribution
As part of our Early Bird offer, Otley BID will subsidise 50% of the full £100 cost of each tree, meaning your contribution is just £50 inc. VAT.

This fully managed service includes:

- The Christmas tree and LED lights
- Professional installation and bracket checks
- Electrical support and fault repairs throughout the festive period
- Removal and disposal in January
- Project coordination and administration
- Appropriate installation insurance cover

Why order early?
Ordering by 9th October enables us to place one bulk order, secure the best possible terms and organise the project efficiently. Later individual orders involve additional administration and higher tree costs, which is why the contribution increases to £65 after the Early Bird deadline.

How to secure your £50 Early Bird tree

STEP 2. Complete the Order Form below.
STEP 3. Ensure your Otley BID levy payments are up to date.

All 3 steps must be completed by Friday 9 October to qualify for the £50 Early Bird price.

Once orders have closed, we will email you in advance with full details of the installation process and contractor details should there be any issues.

Reminder of key dates
- Early Bird Price : to Friday 9th October : £50 inc. VAT
- Standard Price : from Saturday 10th - Saturday 31st October : £65 inc. VAT
- Closing date for ALL Orders : Saturday 31st October 2026
- Installation : From Wednesday 11th - Friday 27th November
- Otley Light Switch On : Monday 30th November (TBC)
- Christmas Trees Turned On : from Monday 30th November 7pm
- Removal & Disposal : by mid-January
