Recommendation Letters

Please use this form to submit your recommendation letter. The letter must be written in English and submitted directly by the recommender.

The letter should:
  • Evaluate the applicant's professional work
  • Describe the potential for collaboration between the Finnish home institution and the Cleveland State University
  • Assess the applicant’s suitability as an ambassador of Finland, their home institution, and the Fulbright Finland Foundation
