The Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce invites members to nominate — or self-nominate — women who are current members of the GWCC whose professional journeys and community contributions reflect leadership, resilience, and meaningful impact in our region.

At this special co-ed event in June 2026, we will formally recognize four outstanding women of the Chamber, followed by a moderated panel discussion where each honoree will share insights from her professional journey — including lessons learned, pivotal decisions, and perspectives that inform her leadership today. This program is designed to celebrate achievement, foster conversation, and strengthen connections within our Chamber community.

Nominations should focus on Women who fit into one of the following categories:
  • Success in a Male-Dominated Career
  • Radical Career Change
  • Overcoming a Unique Challenge
  • Impact on the Community
