We are seeking input from a broad range of stakeholders, including hospitals, public health agencies, emergency medical services (EMS), law enforcement, fire services, and other healthcare and emergency response organizations. Your feedback is critical to ensuring the CSC Plan is practical, equitable, and operationally sound across disciplines.
This comment period will remain open until Feb. 20, 2026. In addition, two educational sessions will be offered following the comment period:
- One session tailored for healthcare executives and senior leaders.
- One session tailored for clinicians and frontline providers.
