Introduction
The City of Cedar Rapids contracted the Matrix Consulting Group to conduct an Assessment of the Animal Care and Control operations for the City of Cedar Rapids. This project is designed to provide an evaluation of the organization, operations and staffing of the function to identify strengths and improvement opportunities. The following survey has been developed by the project team to provide the community with an opportunity to have input into the study. Please take advantage of this opportunity to provide your views on matters that are important to you and to the success of Cedar Rapids Animal Care and Control in providing a valuable service to the City.
Animal care refers to services at the CRACC shelter, such as adoptions, redemption of lost animals, licensing, and more.
Animal control refers to field services, such as handling stray and dangerous animals.

This survey is completely anonymous – only the Matrix Consulting Group project team will see your responses. We will develop a statistical summary of the results which will be in the project final report.
