The California Resiliency Alliance (CRA) is on an operational pause — a deliberate moment to reflect, refine a multi-year strategy, and identify a sustainable funding and organizational model. As part of this process, we are reaching beyond our direct subscriber base to gather input from professionals across the resilience, emergency management, and nonprofit funding fields.

You may not be familiar with the CRA's materials, but your expertise and perspective on organizational strategy, cross-sector collaboration, and sustainable funding models for mission-driven organizations is exactly what we're looking for in this version of the survey.

This survey focuses on two areas:
  • Your perspective on the strategic priorities that should guide a cross-sector resilience organization serving California; and
  • Your insights on funding and operational models that allow mission-driven organizations to remain independent, credible, and sustainable.
The survey takes approximately 6–8 minutes to complete. Questions marked with an asterisk are required. Your responses are confidential and will be used solely to inform the CRA's planning process and funding conversations. Results will be reviewed by the CRA's leadership team and board as part of this process.
