Community, Registered, and Away From Home Members Managing Me and Bullying Prevention Conference

Engage and participate in a shared learning experience! This week is structured each day in the mornings starting with breakfast then at 10am with Bullying Prevention Sessions one for Youth (grade 4+ up to 18 years old) and one for Adults, Caregivers and those 19+. After a catered lunch break participants will join together in Managing Me sessions to focus on emotional regulation and wellness! A Community Wide approach to strengthening social emotional learning through collaboration, connection and shared growth!

A Deeper Dive into Managing Me Session:
This program empowers youth, parents, adults and caregivers with practical tools, knowledge and strategies to manage emotions, make positive choices, and build healthy, supportive relationships. Participants will explore key topics such as understanding emotions, the brain's role in emotional responses, recognizing stress, and developing self-regulation skills!

A Deeper Dive into Anti-Bullying Session:
Participants will complete these sessions with a deeper understanding of the importance of self-love, respect, and valuing both themselves and others. Participants will be able to recognize different forms of bullying and practice responding with compassion, confidence, and care. Together, youth, adults, caregivers, and parents will strengthen the ability to create safe, inclusive, and positive environments both online and within the community and day to day life.
