Help shape safer, more connected streets for every Kinstonian.

The Town of Kinston, in partnership with NCDOT, is creating The Kinston MULTIMODAL Plan to make walking, biking, rolling, and taking transit safer and more connected, especially in the neighborhoods outside of downtown.
