Community Needs Survey - FY26

Network180, Kent County's Community Mental Health (CMH) Authority is required, by the MDHHS/CMHSP Managed Mental Health Supports and Services Contract, to conduct an assessment of the mental health needs of our community. This assessment must involve public and private providers, school systems and other key community partners and stakeholders.
We understand that the behavioral health needs of our community manifest themselves in various ways. In order to better understand these needs, we are asking you, as our community partner, to share with us the trends and needs you identify that may be related to, or indicative of, a mental health and/or substance use needs.

To this end, we are asking that you take a few minutes to answer the following questions.
