CEV has partnered with LUNEX in Luxembourg to deliver an Advanced Learning Programme designed as a capacity-building opportunity for middle management within CEV-affiliated National Federations. The programme aims to strengthen continuity and leadership within National Federations by equipping participants with practical skills that can be immediately applied in their daily work. In addition to federation staff, athletes preparing for a career transition are also welcome to participate, as their involvement can bring valuable perspectives and further strengthen their federation’s development.

For selected candidates, all programme costs are fully covered by CEV, meaning neither the National Federations nor their participants will have any financial obligations. However, if a selected candidate fails to attend at least 60% of the sessions, CEV may request the respective National Federation to reimburse the programme cost of €2,500.

Your National Federation may endorse multiple candidates, however, there will be a maximum number of beneficiaries per federation. Please note that places in the programme are limited, and not all applicants will be selected. In the event that a candidate is not selected through the endorsement process, he or she will still have the opportunity to apply through the open registration.
