Dressage Queensland is looking for a passionate, self-motivated and goal-oriented Event Director to undertake event management and administrative duties in support of:-
- 2026 Brisbane CDI event in conjunction with the Queensland Dressage Championships to be held at the Queensland State Equestrian Centre, Caboolture from 18-21 September
Position Overview
This role is responsible for the management and delivery of the 2026 Brisbane CDI, and the Queensland Dressage Championships.
The position oversees all aspects of event planning and execution, including budget development and reconciliation, logistics and operations, content and program management, contract negotiation, promotional strategy, volunteer staffing, and trade village coordination.
Experience in FEI-level events is highly desirable, though not essential.

A Blue Card is required for this role. This is a volunteer role however an honorarium will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
