PLAY programs - these are single-enrollment / drop-in activities where kids can explore gymnastics equipment, burn energy and have fun in a safe environment (these programs are not formal gymnastics instruction). Play program options include: Indoor Playground (ages 5-and-under), Parents' Night Out (ages 5-11), Summer / Winter break camps (ages 3-10) and more.

LEARN programs - these are continuous, monthly enrollment, progressive gymnastics instruction classes. Kids of all ages, genders and abilities will learn foundational gymnastics shapes and skills, while building strength, motor skills, flexibility, mental grit, and achieve amazing things! All taught by our highly trained coaches in a safe and positive environment.

COMPETE programs - to begin, Mill Creek's Compete program will focus primarily on Star League. Star League recreationally competitive gymnasts work together in a team dynamic, gain strength and develop gymnastics skills, and showcase their hard work at friendly intramural meets between the five SGA locations. We will be adding more competitive programs later on.

Our school-age Recreational classes are organized according to Olympic men’s and women’s events, but SGA welcomes all genders in any of our classes. All preschool-age classes, as well as Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) classes, are co-ed.
