The World Bank respects your concerns about your privacy and is committed to protecting it by establishing and complying with the Personal Data Privacy Policy of World Bank Group Institutions.

To participate in this Financial Literacy Solutions Sprint, the World Bank will collect and process your personal data, including first name last name, email address, telephone number, professional title, resident country, resident city, image, audio, and video recording, as well as the application name associated to you for the purposes of evaluating applications, supporting selected teams, generating aggregated insights from the Sprint, and selecting the participants for the Financial Literacy Solutions Sprint; send you email notifications about your application and related updates on the Financial Literacy Solutions Sprint; to provide technical support. The World Bank may share your personal data with an expert panel of judges as indicated in this call for proposals for the purposes of evaluating your application.

The World Bank do not sell or otherwise disclose personal data collected as set out above, except as described in this Privacy Notice.

Your responses will be treated confidentially and will only be accessible to a limited group of individuals involved in the selection and implementation of the Sprint. Data will be anonymized where appropriate for analysis and reporting.

Personal Data will be kept only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this document and following applicable records retention and disposition schedules, approximately one year after the date on which the personal data was collected.

The World Bank maintains appropriate technical and organizational safeguards against unauthorized processing of personal data and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage according to the World Bank information security standards.
