Climate Change Project Survey

All Our Voices is a project about climate change. You can read more about it in our information sheet.

The project aims to make sure that people with learning disabilities are heard when decisions are made about climate change and the environment.

We would like to hear your ideas, experiences, and any work you have done about climate change. You can do this by answering the questions below.

There are no right or wrong answers. You can answer as an individual, a group or an organisation.

We will use everyone's responses to write a report. This report will be shared and used as part of our work with the University of Birmingham later this year.

You do not have to tell us your name or contact details.

If you choose to share your contact details, we will only use them to contact you about this project. We will not share your details with anyone else.

The report will not include people's names unless we have agreed with them that they would like their work or ideas to be credited.
