Thanks to locals banking with the Community Bank Mansfield & District, our community has the opportunity to support local projects that will make a positive impact across the Mansfield district.

This year, the community will help decide which projects receive funding across two grant categories, offering a total of:

4 x $2,500 Grants
6 x $5,000 Grants

To ensure the integrity and fairness of the Community Bank Mansfield & District 2026 Community Funding Program voting process, each individual is permitted to submit only one (1) vote during the voting period.

By participating in the voting process, voters acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

Only one vote per person is permitted, regardless of the number of email addresses, devices or internet connections available to the voter.

Votes must be submitted individually by the person completing the survey. Bulk voting, automated voting systems, or votes submitted on behalf of others are not permitted.

Community Bank Mansfield & District reserves the right to verify the validity of votes and voter details where required.

Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or suspicious votes will be deemed invalid and removed from the final count at the sole discretion of Community Bank Mansfield & District.

Measures may be implemented to help prevent duplicate voting, including but not limited to IP address monitoring, browser cookies, email verification and response tracking.

Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with or unfairly influence the voting process will result in votes being disqualified.

Employees, directors and immediate family members of applicant organisations are permitted to vote; however, all voting must remain fair and consistent with the spirit of the program.
The decision of Community Bank Mansfield & District regarding vote eligibility and final outcomes is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By submitting a vote, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that the purpose of the program is to support fair, transparent and community-driven funding outcomes.
