2027 Community Association Legislative Priority and Trend Survey

CAI’s Government and Public Affairs team is in the process of researching, predicting, and developing the 2027 legislative priorities impacting the community association housing model. This will allow our team to properly prepare advocacy resources for CAI’s Legislative Action Committees for 2027.
