A Note About Using AI
Poster abstracts submitted to OADN must represent the original work, analysis, and professional judgment of the listed author(s). The use of artificial intelligence tools, including generative AI platforms, to write, substantially develop, analyze, fabricate, or otherwise create abstract content is prohibited.

Authors may not submit AI-generated abstracts, AI-generated findings, or content produced through AI tools in place of their own scholarly work. All submissions must reflect authentic work conducted by the author(s), and all data, outcomes, conclusions, and educational implications must be accurate, verifiable, and appropriately attributed.

By submitting an abstract, authors affirm that the work is their own and that artificial intelligence was not used to generate, evaluate, or misrepresent the scholarly content of the submission.
Review Process

All poster abstracts will be scored through a blind review process to assess content relevance and quality. The reviewers look for clarity and organization, learning objectives, Relevance to advancing ADN education and leadership, practical application, connection to this year's theme, and innovation/fresh thinking. Accepted poster submissions will be notified via email in August.

The top eight scoring accepted posters will be re-scored onsite in San Antonio, where members of the Abstract Review Committee will re-assess these posters using additional criteria related to Pecha Kucha presentation (a brief presentation with Q&A) and poster composition.
