2026-2027 Annual Action Plan Survey
The City of Anderson is an entitlement city that receives federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs. The City expects to receive an estimated CDBG allocation of $916,076 and a HOME allocation of $337,099 for Program Year 2026-2027. These funds support housing, neighborhood improvements, public services for low- and moderate-income residents, and the administration of the programs.
Your feedback will help the City determine funding priorities for the PY 2026-27.
