Your feedback will help sportscotland and Scottish Cycling understand what’s working well and how local cycling facilities can keep improving.

• No one at your local cycling facility or club will see your individual responses.
• We do not ask for your name or any personally identifiable information.
• All responses are stored securely and handled in line with UK GDPR requirements.
• Only the independent evaluation team (FMG Consulting and Progress Health Partnerships) will access the raw data for analysis.
• Findings will be reported in summary form only – never in a way that identifies you.
• All survey data will be deleted within one month of the report being published (by February 2026).
• No data will be shared with any third party outside the evaluation team.
