The Roadmap outlines ten opportunities that will chart the course of Collaborative Economic Development across Quebec over the next two years.
This work draws on the 2025 Overview of Quebec’s Economic Landscape (OQEL), nine Collaborative Economic Development Dialogues (CEDDs), and stakeholder input from PROSPÈRE Q – CEDEC’S Flagship Collaborative Economic Development Workshop held in February 2026.
