Community Development Pipeline Program Cohort Application (2026 - 2028)

The vision of the Community Development Pipeline program is to train community leaders on foundational community and economic development principles, positively impact and uplift the economies and quality of life of communities whose leaders participate in the program, and develop new relationships that build bridges across Arkansas communities.

CCED will identify 25 community leaders from Benton and Washington counties to participate in the Pipeline program. Leaders will be identified through an application process (and interview process if needed) using the following metrics: field of work, experience, professional goals, desire to participate in the program, geography, and demographics.

Leaders selected to participate in the program will receive a three-year scholarship to the University of Central Arkansas Community Development Institute, technical assistance support for their community (based on community needs), and networking opportunities with leaders across the state and nation.

This application is open to community leaders residing in Washington and Benton counties. Leaders interested in being a part of this program can use the application below to apply.

The submission deadline is February 13, 2026.
