Intake Form

Cow-calf ranchers/farmers interested in participating in the 2020/21 Canadian Cow-calf Cost of Production Network are asked to complete this voluntary online intake form. Canfax Research Services will use the information collected for program planning, namely to determine eligibility for the network and to sort operations into 'typical' ranch/farm focus groups according to ecoregion, herd size and management practice. As such, all questions require a response.

Individual responses will remain confidential and subject to privacy protection as outlined under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act

Your responses are greatly appreciated. Once you complete and submit the form, your responses will be reviewed and you will be contacted by a provincial coordinator if eligible for the network. There is a $500 honorarium offered for participants selected to be involved in the network, one honorarium is offered per operation.
