Introduction to the Community Survey
The purpose of the Chukuni Communities Development Corporation (CCDC) is to strengthen the economies of Ear Falls, the Municipality of Red Lake, and surrounding areas by fostering business development and employment.
The closure of the Interfor sawmill has brought change to Ear Falls. The CCDC is completing an economic diversification strategy to examine those impacts, identify the community’s future priorities, and help determine where efforts to strengthen and diversify the local economy should be focused. Your feedback will help identify community needs, opportunities, and priorities to guide future planning and economic development efforts in Ear Falls.
Your responses will remain confidential and will be reported only in aggregate form. The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. The deadline for the survey is July 20, 2026. We hope to share the results in the fall of 2026. We thank you in advance for your participation.
