What is better? CCLA Client Consultation |
Introduction
Our aim is to meet our clients’ financial objectives in a way that we believe aligns with their values and furthers their mission. By doing this we try to help build a Better World.
But as times change, what is “better” changes too.
Whilst we will always stay true to our overriding aim of contributing to building a better world, what we do (and how we do it) has to adapt to reflect our clients’ changing priorities.
So, we would welcome your feedback to help us better understand whether, and/or how, you want your money to contribute to more than just a financial return.
Who should take part in this survey?
Trustees, investment committee members, executives or anyone involved in investment decision making at charities, churches and other faith organisations, and local authorities.
We welcome multiple responses from the same organisation. Whilst we would like you to reflect the views of the organisation that you serve, we do not expect you to submit an ‘approved’ collective response or to have discussed your answers with other people connected to your organisation.
Why are we asking you to take part in this survey?
Over the years, our clients have helped shape our investment journey. We have periodically consulted with you to ensure our investment funds and services continue to meet your investment priorities and honour your values. We seek your opinions to understand how your views might have changed.
It asks questions on your investment goals, the issues you most care about, and on how CCLA should seek to maximise its influence.
The survey should ideally be completed in one sitting and your perspectives will help us evolve our approach.
Deadline: 17 October 2025.
We aim to publish the anonymised results in autumn 2025.
Thank you for your participation.
