Center City is steadily recovering from the unprecedented challenges of the last three years. City-wide, all jobs lost in 2020 have been restored and new jobs have been added.  In Center City, the number of residents is now well above 2019 levels; most visitors and shoppers are back and workers are steadily returning. But we know there are still challenges to overcome. This survey seeks to measure how well the CCD staff is performing and to gauge the public's experience and perceptions of the recovery in Center City. CCD on-street staff consists of daytime sidewalk cleaners, Community Service Representatives, bike safety patrols, and park staff. We appreciate you taking the time to respond to this survey.
